We offer you a 100 day money back guarantee. This means you can easily exchange products up to 100 days after your order.

Return shipping costs

The return is free of charge for you, we will cover the costs.

When will my return be processed?

We process our returns as quickly as possible.  We will check the returned goods and then initiate a refund of the purchase price. Please be patient for around 5 - 7 working days.

When will my money be refunded?

After checking your return, we will transfer the refund amount back to you using the payment method you used for your purchase.

Alternatively, we can also issue you a voucher for our shop for the refund amount. Since the administrative effort is lower for us here, we add an additional 10% discount as a small thank you for your next purchase.

How do I get a returns label?

You can either use a returns label generated by us and print it out easily, or you can simply use a shipping label from the shipping service provider of your choice.
